| Abstract: This panel represents the fourth annual DEI Board discussion in a series designed to provide the ABAI membership with: 1) updates on Board activities, 2) opportunities for considering specific topics of relevance to advancing DEI efforts within ABAI and more broadly, and 3) a mechanism for input and ideas from the audience. This year’s panel will focus on strategic initiatives to advance DEI. A brief review of the Board’s actions over the past year will be provided by the Co-Coordinators of the ABAI DEI Board, Elizabeth Fong and Jovonnie Esquierdo-Leal. In addition, time for questions and comments from the audience will be included to allow for sharing relevant experiences and lessons learned. |
