PAUL MYERS (University of Minnesota)
Paul Zachary "PZ" Myers is an associate professor of biology at the University of Minnesota, Morris. He received his BS from the University of Washington and his Ph.D. from the University of Oregon. He currently works in the field of evolutionary developmental biology, researching zebrafish. The American Humanist Association named Myers the 2009 Humanist of the Year and awarded him the 2011 International Humanist Award. His book, The Happy Atheist, was published by Random House in August, 2013.
