Join Scott O’Donnell, a Philadelphia native, for a sightseeing walk of historic Philadelphia in the shortest amount of time and for the least amount of money! Scott takes his daughters on this route every July 4th. Sites include the First White House, Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, Benjamin Franklin’s house/print shop/museum, Betsy Ross House, Elfreth’s Alley and museum, Benjamin Franklin’s Grave ($0.25 to place on grave – must be a quarter), and the National Constitution Center. Scott will encourage discussions on topics including early views of behavior, countercontrol, and freedom. Attendees should meet in the lobby of the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown. Participants will be encouraged to stop at all locations and discuss how the origins of freedom relate to behavior analysis. Please plan for a 2-3 hour tour and bring $20 to visit/enter sites along the way!
Please meet in the Marriott Downtown main lobby.
Note: The Behavior Analysis in Health, Sport, and Fitness SIG supported the inclusion of this and other physical activity sessions. |
