Abstract:

This panel presentation offers a blueprint for achieving personal and organizational success by intentionally driving behaviors toward defined goals. Attendees will gain insights into developing an entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial approach, aligning organizational values with individual values, and unlocking untapped potential through the application of an OBM package we call the “5 Principles of Life and Leadership.” The panelists will use the “5 Principles of Life and Leadership” as a guiding framework throughout this panel discussion. Attendees will be able to ask questions and interact with the panel to gain a deeper understanding of how to apply them effectively in both personal and professional contexts, with the goal of unlocking their potential for leadership and achievement. Real-world examples of how the “5 Laws of Life and Leadership” have been successfully employed will be shared, providing concrete illustrations of how these principles can drive success in diverse settings. These case studies will inspire and offer actionable takeaways for attendees.

Target Audience:

The audience should have a foundational understanding of behavior analytic principles and have experience managing the contingencies of professionals to benefit most from this panel.
