Registration Deadline:
Registration for this group experience tour must be completed by September 30, 2027.
A minimum of 10 participants is required for the tour to operate. If the minimum enrollment is not reached by September 30, 2027, the tour will be cancelled, and all registered participants will receive a refund. Registration will close once the maximum capacity of 50 participants has been reached.
Accessibility:
Please note that the river cruise portion of the tour is not accessible by wheelchair. The Old Town walking-tour portion may be accessible by wheelchair.
Attendees who have accessibility needs, including wheelchair-access requirements, should notify ABAI when registering or as early as possible. ABAI will review available transportation options and work with the tour provider to make reasonable arrangements so participants can be accommodated as comfortably as possible. Participation in specific portions of the experience may be affected by venue, transportation, and river-cruise accessibility limitations.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Participants may cancel their registration before September 30, 2027, only for demonstrable serious reasons.
Because cancellations after the registration deadline may affect the minimum number of participants required for the tour, cancellation requests submitted after September 30, 2027 are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If ABAI accepts a cancellation request after the September 30, 2027 cutoff, the following cancellation charges will apply:
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the tour are subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or less before the tour are subject to a 100% cancellation charge; no refund will be issued.
By registering, participants acknowledge the tour’s capacity limits, minimum-participant requirement, accessibility restrictions, and cancellation terms.
