Convention Room Rate: 2,633.92 CZK/night ($129.46/night) plus applicable taxes for single or 2,767.85 CZK/night ($136.04/night) plus applicable taxes for double. Stated USD amounts are for reference only as of January 2026: actual USD amounts will depend on the exchange rate and any applicable fees at time of purchase. All charges will be processed in CZK.

Room rates do not include VAT and local taxes. Please note that a cancellation fee of 100% of the total room price will apply to rooms cancelled less than 14 days before arrival date, or in case of no-show. Cancellation fees may be subject to state taxes and the price of breakfast. Guest room check-in time is 15:00 (3:00 p.m.). Guest room check-out time is 12:00 (12:00 p.m.). Requests for early check-in or late check-out to be advised in advance, extra charge may apply, subject to availability. Any change in the length of dates of a reservation may result in a rate change.
All rooms must be accompanied by a credit card.
We recommend that attendees make their reservations by July 31, 2026, as room availability within the convention block may be limited after this date.
The cut-off date for accepting reservations into this room block is August 30, 2026. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted at the Hotel’s prevailing rate, based on room type availability.
Reservation Information: Reservations at the convention rate may only be secured through the official reservation link.
To request modifications to an existing reservation, please contact the hotel directly at reservations@stageshotel.com and include your confirmation number along with the details of your request.
Attendees seeking to extend their stay beyond the event dates available through the reservation link must make separate reservations for the additional nights through the hotel’s standard booking process. These nights will be offered at the hotel’s prevailing rates. Please note that separate reservations cannot be combined in advance. Guests may, however, request at check-in to remain in the same room for the entirety of their stay. This request is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
