All conference events, sessions, meetings, posters, and registration will be held at the O2 universum Congress Center Prague.

Cancellation fees may be subject to state taxes and the price of breakfast. Guest room check-in time is 15:00 (3:00 p.m.). Guest room check-out time is 12:00 (12:00 p.m.). Requests for early check-in or late check-out to be advised in advance, extra charge may apply, subject to availability.


All rooms must be accompanied by a credit card.


The cut-off date for accepting reservations into this room block is August 30, 2026. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted at the Hotel’s prevailing rate, based on room type availability.
