Cancellation
Should an exhibitor wish to cancel a reservation by February 2, 2026, a 30% administrative fee will be held. Cancellation after February 2, 2026 obligates the exhibitor to full payment. No refunds will be made after this date. All cancellations must be in writing.

 

Space Assignment

All applications for exhibit space at the ABAI 52nd Annual Convention must be made on the official contract form provided on the ABAI website. Space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. You must reserve exhibit space by March, 6 2026 for your information to be printed in the convention program book.

Payment must be made, in full, by February 2, 2026 to retain your reservation. Any booths with unpaid invoices will be cancelled, removed from the program and placed up for resale. Deposits will not be returned for failure to make payment. All booths reserved after February 2, 2026 will be required to submit payment upon reservation.
