ANDREW BULLA Photo

Dr. Bulla earned his B.S. from Saint Joseph’s University in psychology with a minor in autism studies and his M.A. and Ph.D. in behavior analysis from Western Michigan University. He became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in 2014. Drew has worked at a variety of organizations over the course of his career including autism centers, community mental health agencies, animal facilities, several school districts, and internationally with schools in Canada and Lima, Peru delivering consultative services in Spanish. Drew has published and conducted research in the areas self-management, instructional design, precision teaching, physical activity, the experimental analysis of behavior, and animal training and welfare. Dr. Bulla has presented over 100 peer-reviewed presentations, posters, and workshops at regional, national, and international conferences.

Dr. Nicole Gravina is an Associate Professor and a UF Research Foundation Professor affiliated with the Behavior Analysis in the Department of Psychology at the University of Florida. She serves on five editorial boards including serving as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management. In 2019, Nicole specializes in designing behavior-based workplace interventions that improve employee safety, healthcare delivery, and supervision practices. In addition to her faculty appointment, Nicole has consulted in a variety of industries, including healthcare, human services, manufacturing, public utilities, insurance, and construction.

Mary E. Halbur, PhD, BCBA-D, LBA, is an Assistant Professor at the University of Nebraska Medical Center’s Munroe-Meyer Institute, where she also serves as Clinical Director of the Autism Care for Toddlers Clinic in North Omaha within the integrated Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders. Her clinical and research work focuses on early behavioral skill acquisition and on collaborative, multidisciplinary, and interprofessional treatment components that actively involve caregivers and other key team members (e.g., allied healthcare providers, medical professionals, teachers). Dr. Halbur earned her PhD in Psychology with a specialization in Behavior Analysis from Marquette University and completed her postdoctoral fellowship at UNMC’s Munroe-Meyer Institute. She has supervised numerous trainees across stages of academic development, including high school trainees, undergraduate interns, master’s students, doctoral students, and postdoctoral fellows. Dr. Halbur has also published numerous empirical research articles and book chapters.

 

CORINA JIMENEZ-GOMEZ Photo

Dr. Corina Jimenez-Gomez (she/her/ella) is an Assistant Professor in the Behavior Analysis program at the University of Florida. She earned a Licensure in Psychology at the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas, Venezuela, and a doctoral degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Behavior Analysis from Utah State University. She completed post-doctoral training at the University of Michigan and was a Research Fellow at The University of Auckland, New Zealand. Her training has taken her from the lab working with non-human animals to a range of applied settings working with diverse populations. She previously held faculty positions at the Florida Institute of Technology and Auburn University. In addition, she served as clinical supervisor at The Scott Center for Autism Treatment at Florida Tech and was the founder and Director of the Center for Autism Research, Treatment, and Training (CARTT) at Auburn University. Dr. Jimenez-Gomez is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the doctoral level, whose professional interests include translational and applied behavioral research in the areas of choice and reinforcement processes, supporting learners of diverse abilities and staff in applied settings, and cultural responsiveness in behavior analysis. The impact of her work on cultural responsiveness has been recognized with the ABAI DEI Distinguished Contributions Award and the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis Contribution of the Year Award. Dr. Jimenez-Gomez serves on the editorial board of various scientific journals. She is also the mom of two amazing humans and is married to a fellow behavior analyst.

 

ADITHYAN (DITHU) RAJARAMAN Photo

Adithyan (Dithu) Rajaraman is a Doctoral-level Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 15 years’ experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. His professional experience spans multiple related domains, including trauma-informed care, neurodiversity-affirming behavioral services, practical functional assessments, and choice- and skill-based interventions addressing severe behavior. He has co-authored over 20 peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters on these topics. Much of his research, practice, training, and consultation has been in service of helping individuals with intellectual, developmental, and emotional differences—primarily by teaching important life skills to preventatively address severe behavior.

 

BRENDA J. TERZICH-GARLAND Photo

BRENDA J. TERZICH-GARLAND

Brenda Terzich-Garland earned her Masters’ Degree from California State University, Sacramento and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, certified PECS Supervisor and an ACT Therapist. She is the Co-founder, President/CEO of Applied Behavior Consultants, Inc., providing over 35 years of ABA treatment for autism/ASD throughout California with international centers in Singapore and Manila. Ms. Terzich-Garland, also has over 20 years of experience providing and training on behavioral interventions for ADD/ADHD specializing in severe behavior problems. She authored the book Rethinking Generalization with the R.E.A.L. Modelä (Recreating Environments to Accelerate Learning): A Practitioner’s Guide to Teach for Generalization in ABA Treatment for Autism and Other Disabilities in 2020. She is also the developer for all of ABC’s clinical ABA services and staff training which was the basis for her book. Since 2020, Ms. Terzich-Garland has created and conducted CEU courses on the R.E.A.L. Modelä, OBM in Leadership, and the Analysis of MOs in the Development of Behavior Intervention Plans.  Her work is recognized nationally and internationally through professional presentations for the International Association for Behavior Analysis (ABA), the California Association for Behavior Analysis, and the International Developmental Pediatricians Association.
