Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 17%, subject to change) and fees, including a $1.54 State Recovery Fee and a $4.01 Austin Tourism Public Improvement District Fee per room per night. Please note that a cancellation fee of one night room + tax will apply for rooms cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled arrival.
All rooms must be accompanied by a credit card and will be charged a one-night non-refundable deposit on January 31, 2027, as well as for any reservations made after this date.
The cut-off date for accepting reservations into this room block is March 1, 2027. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted at the Hotel’s prevailing rate, based on room type availability.
