Cancellation

Should an exhibitor wish to cancel a reservation by November 17, 2025, a 30% administrative and pre-event advertising fee will be held. Cancellation after November 17, 2025 obligates the exhibitor to full payment. No refunds will be made after this date. All cancellations must be in writing.

 

Space Assignment

All applications for exhibit space at the ABAI 20th Annual Autism Conference must be made on the official contract form included here. Space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. You must reserve exhibit space by November 17, 2025 , for your information to be printed in the convention program book.

The exhibitor passport will be in the back of the program book provided to you at check-in. Visit the exhibit booths at the event and have each box, next to the logos, initialed by the exhibitor. Submit to the ABAI Exhibitor Check-In Booth when complete. Participants must be present to win.

 

*Passport raffle entry is restricted to registered attendees of the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI)’s event only. Individuals who are registered under an exhibiting organization are not permitted to enter. Following the raffle, the registration status of all winners will be verified. If a winner does not meet the above criteria, ABAI has the right to withhold any prizes
