Advertising companies must be able to provide
- Full color logo
- Black Logo
- White logo
- High resolution, transparent .png or .jpg files are required
Advertisements through ABAI does not equal endorsement of the services or products offered.
*You are responsible for the design of these items before the due date. All designs must be approved by ABAI.
**dual-sponsor options allow a product to be shared between multiple organizations for a lower cost. If you are interested in this, please contact us directly so we can set up a deadline for additional candidates. If additional organizations cannot be found by the deadline you will either must choose a different product, or accept the higher pricing for the item you are interested in. Prices listed are for a single Co-Host (‘co-host’ referring to ABAI as the 2nd party).
***Social events occasionally include complimentary opportunities for additional experiences within the event itself. As the primary social event sponsor, your organization will be recognized as the lead supporter of the overall gathering. As the main sponsor, you will receive first right of purchase and access to exclusive discounted pricing on these additional experience sponsorships before they become publicly available. If refused additional sponsors may also be featured for individual experiences within the event.
