Association for Behavior Analysis International

The Association for Behavior Analysis International® (ABAI) is a nonprofit membership organization with the mission to contribute to the well-being of society by developing, enhancing, and supporting the growth and vitality of the science of behavior analysis through research, education, and practice.

SABA Grants

The Science Board evaluates applications for some of the grants awarded by the Society for the Advancement of Behavior Analysis (SABA). One grant in the amount of $10,000 and two grants each in the amounts of $1,000 and $2,000 are awarded each year to support student research projects on various topics.


Innovative Student Research Grants

SABA awards two dissertation grants of $2,000, one in basic research and one in applied research; and two master's thesis grants of $1,000, one in basic research and one in applied research.  


Sidney W. and Janet R. Bijou Grant

The Sidney W. and Janet R. Bijou Grant provides funding for one student per year in a psychology or education doctoral program that can support research in behavioral child development. For each academic year, the endowment will provide one $10,000 grant.
