Reservations
Guests may contact the reservation department directly at +47 02525, and press “9” for English, then “1” for Oslo and “1” for individual reservations. Guests can also send an e-mail to Reservations.Plaza.oslo@RadissonSAS.com. When making reservations, attendees should use the block code “ABA.” Each guest will be responsible for settling their own bill directly with the hotel. The deadline for reservations at the group rate is June 30, 2009.
Location & Facilities
The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of downtown Oslo and is the largest hotel in Norway with 673 guest rooms. It stands 37 stories high, so it can be seen from many places downtown, making it easy to find. Attendees arriving from the airport will be able to take a train to the Central Railway Station (the second stop from the airport) and use the north exit (on the right side). The hotel can be seen from there, and there is a walkway connecting the two buildings.
The hotel offers complimentary internet access in every room and wireless access from common areas. Guests have access to a recreation center (open daily from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm), a swimming pool, and sauna.
The regular check-in time is 2:00 pm. If a guest arrives prior to their room being available, the hotel will provide access to the swimming pool area with the opportunity to shower, freshen up, and change. The hotel will also store luggage so guests can explore the city.
