    Dr. Liliana Mayo Ortega, founder and executive director of the Ann Sullivan Center of Peru and winner of the SABA International Dissemination of Behavior Analysis Award in 2000, was recently decorated by the president of the Dominican Republic into the Heraldic Order of Christopher Columbus, Official Degree.
