41st Annual Convention Poster Presenter Information

Posters consist of physical displays of information, usually reporting empirical research. They are organized in sessions of 140–160 posters with 10–45 posters per area.


Poster Presentation Time

The first hour, posters with odd numbers will be discussed, and the second hour will be for posters with even numbers. This schedule allows presenters to view other posters. Posters will remain up for the entire session and must be removed immediately following the session.


Poster Size

Posters should fit a 3' 10" x 3' 10" (115 cm x 115 cm) poster board. Please be sure your poster fits into this space. Push pins will be provided.


Qualities of a Good Poster
