Abstract: Every year graduate and undergraduate students need to plan carefully for life after college or graduate school. This means beginning the search for positions in a vast, demanding job market, where the possession of advanced skills acquired attending the higher education system is just a prerequisite. To prepare you for success, we have organized three panels during which experts will provide advice and tips in the hope of making your job search a little easier: Tackling the job market, composing application materials, preparing for interviews, and managing the first years on the job to put the foundations of a satisfying career. Join us so that you are better prepared to apply for jobs in which your knowledge of behavior analysis will make the difference for you and the organization. Each panel will focus on a separate component of the job market: 1) Creating and submitting application materials, 2) Interviewing for positions, and 3) Finding success in the first few years. |
