Abstract: In the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) industry, your brand is not only the aesthetics of your organization, but also the quality of care you provide, the meaningful connections you create with your team, and the impact you have on your local community. This panel will discuss meaningful ways to engage with the audience of your ABA company who, in this case, are not only your current and potential clients, but your current and potential team members as well. We will detail a few marketing strategies implemented in an organization setting, to generate high quality leads, produce increasing engagement rates, and discuss social concepts that influence these strategies. We will also discuss the role technology plays in reaching the target audience and how trends on social media inspire creative ways to interact with clients and team members (both during and outside of treatment sessions), how to ethically and sensitively engage with a diverse ABA community, and how marketing can benefit said community. In conclusion, no matter the size of an organization's marketing budget, there are many ways to meaningfully reach your audience and engage with clients to strengthen your brand's visibility in the ABA field. |
