Virtual Experience


Checking In

You will need to be registered for the conference to enter the virtual platform. If you have not yet registered, you can easily register using this link. Once complete, locate the “Enter Conference” button on the conference home page.


Upon entering, you will find yourself in the lobby of the virtual conference hall as shown below. Here you will find the ABAI’s help desk. You can come back to the lobby at any time during the conference to ask for assistance. Click on the virtual representative at the help desk to open the chat window.





At anytime during the conference you can visit the ABAI bookstore and browse the selection of books and products that we have. You can check out at anytime all online. The books will be prepared and shipped to you at the end of the conference.





The lounge is another common space that is open to all participants of the conference. There are opportunities to participate in casual conversation or topical group discussions. For special meet and greet sessions, please refer to the program for details.





The main auditorium will host all presentation sessions. Simply click on the avatar in the room and view the sessions that are currently going on to participate. Sessions that are active will display a “Join now” button. Once you are in the session, you will be able to view the presentation as well as chat with the other attendees.




Poster and Exhibit Hall

The poster and exhibit hall offer live video chat at every poster and exhibitor booth. When you move your mouse over the poster or booth, a short description will be provided. To view and interact with the poster or booth, simply click on it. You will be able to participate in video chat with the presenter or booth staff during this time. When you are done, simply exit the booth and locate another to visit.
