Poster Presentation Guidelines

 

Poster Size

Posters should be no larger than 3' 10" x 3' 10" to fit on the provided poster boards.

 

Poster Setup Information

Posters must be set up between 12pm and 4pm on Sunday, February 23. Posters may be left up for the duration of the conference, but must be removed by 1pm on Tuesday, February 25. Push pins will be provided.

 

Poster Presentation Time

The poster session is from 6pm to 8pm on Sunday, February 23. During the first hour of each session, posters with odd numbers will be discussed, while the second hour will be for posters with even numbers; this schedule allows presenters to view other posters.

 

Qualities of a Good Poster
