Cancellation
Should an exhibitor wish to cancel a reservation by March 7, 2025, a 30% administrative fee will be held. Cancellation after March 7, 2024 obligates the exhibitor to full payment. No refunds will be made after this date. All cancellations must be in writing.

 

Space Assignment

All applications for exhibit space at the ABAI Annual Convention must be made on the official contract form provided on the ABAI website. Space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. You must reserve exhibit space by March, 28 2025 for your information to be printed in the convention program book.

Payment must be made, in full, by March 7, 2025 to retain your reservation. Any booths with unpaid invoices will be cancelled, removed from the program and placed up for resale. Deposits will not be returned for failure to make payment. All booths reserved after March 7, 2025 will be required to submit payment upon reservation.

**dual-sponsor options allow a product to be shared between multiple organizations for a lower cost. If you are interested in this, please contact us directly so we can set up a deadline for additional candidates. If additional organizations cannot be found by the deadline you will either must choose a different product, or accept the higher pricing for the item you are interested in. Prices listed are for a single Co-Host (‘co-host’ referring to ABAI as the 2nd party).
