Continuing Education (CE) Package
ABAI offers BACB and PSY CE credit for all qualifying annual convention events for a flat fee of just $85. (CE credit is included in the cost of each workshop.) At the convention, sign in and out of qualifying events and return your completed sign-in/sign-out forms to ABAI staff. Your certificate of attendance will be posted automatically to your portal account. You may pre-pay for the CE package when you pre-register for the convention.
Program Book Mailed
Registrants will receive their printed program books at the on-site pre-registration desk. To have your printed program book mailed ahead of time, register by March 16, 2017 and add $8 for postage to your transaction.
Special Accommodations Policy
ABAI makes accommodations for convention attendees with disabilities. Individuals requiring special arrangements may submit information about their needs in writing to email@example.com by midnight (EDT) May 3, 2017.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers of Registration
Registration transfers (attendee replacements) and cancellations for the 43rd Annual Convention received by midnight (EDT) May 3, 2017, will be processed in the ABAI office prior to the convention, subject to a $75 processing fee. Cancellations made after this date will not be refunded. Transfer requests made after May 2 will be processed on site at the registration desk, subject to a processing fee up to $79.
Photo Release Policy
Registrants acknowledge that, while attending this ABAI event, they may be photographed by an ABAI-approved photographer. In registering for and attending this event, you grant ABAI permission to use your likeness in photograph(s) in any and all of its publications and in any and all other media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by ABAI, in perpetuity, and for other use by the association. Registrants agree to make no monetary or other claim against ABAI for the use of the photograph(s).
Name badges are required for entry into all ABAI events and presentation rooms and for access to ABAI on-site services, including the bookstore, exhibits, and job placement services. Registrants receive a name badge on site. Replacement name badges are $35. Your name badge will be printed with your preferred first name (nickname), full first and last name, and affiliation, as specified in your contact information.
Family badges can be purchased on site for $20. Family badges allow entry into a single presentation as well as the exhibit hall.
