Poster Presentation Guidelines

Poster sessions are scheduled 12pm to 3pm on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

Poster Size

Posters should be no larger than 3' 10" x 3' 10" to fit on the provided poster boards.

Poster Setup

Posters must be set up on the day of your scheduled session.

Poster Presentation Time

During the first 90 minutes of each session, posters with odd numbers will be discussed, while the second 90 minutes will be for posters with even numbers. This schedule allows presenters time to view other posters. Posters must remain up for the entire session and must be removed immediately after. Any posters remaining up after 3pm will be rolled and placed beneath the poster board. Posters not claimed by the end of the convention will be discarded.
