Lorraine Becerra received her MA from California State University, Northridge (CSUN). She is a board certified behavior analyst and doctoral student who works with Dr. Thomas S. Higbee at Utah State University. Her previous experiences include working with children and adults diagnosed with autism in community based non-profit clinical settings, school districts, and in-home services. Her current research interests include early-intensive behavioral interventions, effective staff training, and increasing social skills. Lorraine is the past vice president and co-founder of the Student Association for Behavior Analysis at CSUN and on the publicity committee for the SIG Español (an ABAI Special Interest Group). She is also an active student member of professional associations including the Association for Professional Behavior Analysts, California Association for Applied Behavior Analysis, the Utah Association for Behavior Analysis, and National Latino Psychological Association.
