ABAI Terms of Service
Please read the following policies carefully before continuing.
Membership Cancellation Policy
Overpayments and discounts not taken by the applicant will be considered donations to ABAI unless a request for refund is received by the ABAI office in writing. Requests for membership cancellations will not be granted. The membership term is September 1–August 31, and you may join/renew beginning September 1 for each new membership year. Fees and terms will not be pro-rated.
Publication Cancellation Policy
All orders for ABAI publications are final; returns and exchanges will not be accepted. ABAI does not provide refunds for journal or digital audio and video orders.
Event Registration Transfer and Cancellation Policies
Refund requests received after deadlines, except for those made as a result of a death in the immediate family, will not be granted. Cancellation requests should be submitted to ABAI in writing.

Photo Release Policy
By clicking "Checkout" I acknowledge that while presenting at/attending an ABAI event, I may be photographed by an ABAI-approved photographer. By submitting my abstract for consideration, I am granting ABAI permission to use my likeness in photograph(s) in any and all of its publications and in any and all other media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by ABAI, in perpetuity, and for other use by the association. I will make no monetary or other claim against ABAI for the use of the photograph(s).
