Organizations who provide services or offer information that is consistent with the purposes of HABA may apply to sign up multiple members through organizational membership. The executive committee reserves the right to determine if an applying agency's mission is consistent with the mission of HABA. This type of memership is designed to offer agency group discounts, facilitate direct agency communication between HABA and supporting organizations, and allow agencies to offer HABA membership as a benefit to its staff and representatives. Agencies will be asked to provide and update an agency membership roster annually and HABA will provide an annual membership invoice to facilitate renewals. All individuals signed up through an agency membership will have full rights and privileges based on their membership type. Specific terms and conditions may be modified by executive committee vote by the then current prevailing terms available through the HABA executive committee. Any changes made will be made with the intent to increase organization membership, facilitate better communication and annual renewals, or modify the membership process to better meet the needs of affiliate organizations.
