1. What is the difference between an individual account and an institution account?
An individual account is a personal account and is for users who may want to post resumes and search for (and/or apply to) a job posting.
An institution account is for employees of an organization or company (or a self-employed individual) intending to utilize START on behalf of their employer to post jobs and search resumes.
Resume and job postings are maintained for a period of two months. Resume postings are complimentary to ABA InternationalTM Student members and $18 for all other persons. All job postings cost $60, while internship postings are free.
