SABA Guidelines for Establishing Endowments

Proposals

The SABA Board will review proposals for the creation of endowments. The proposals should include the following:

  • Endowment name
  • Purpose
  • Restrictions or conditions of donations
  • Source of funds
  • Initial donation
  • Plan of distribution
  • Criteria for grants
  • Grant review committee members
  • Timeline
