The Board of Directors reserves the right to establish and clarify rules, procedures, and policies for the operation and administration of its endowments. Such regulations should be communicated in writing to donors and must be in compliance with the State of Michigan laws pertaining to Uniform Management of Institutional Funds, available for download in .pdf format here and in html format here.
