Convention Scheduling
Welcome to ABA International's on-line, personalized scheduling service. Given 565 events and 80 workshops at the convention, planning your activities can be a daunting task. To help, we are offering this personalized convention scheduling system.
The system allows you to preview convention events by day, author, area, workshop, or invited events and tutorials. You can add or remove any event in the program to your personal schedule. You can also add non program events of your choosing using the "Add Own Event" option. A password allows you to save your events and come back at any time to review and make changes. You can also print either a summary or detailed version of your schedule.
To add events to your schedule, select one of the program views above. When you locate an event you want to attend, click the ‘Add To Schedule’ button. Should you select two or more events that occur at the same time, they will appear in red.
Please note that this convention schedule service is meant to be used as a personal planning tool. You are not required to schedule specific convention events in order to attend them, with the exception of pre-convention workshops, which require registration and have separate fees.
We hope that you find this new system helpful and welcome your feedback. Click HERE to provide comments about the scheduler.
Event Evaluations
Every attendee can provide feedback on any public convention event: symposia, posters, invited tutorials, open business meetings, etc. During the convention, we will add a feature to the website so that you can rate each event. Your feedback will allow us to use these data to improve the services we offer future attendees. Your input will be reviewed at the fall meeting of the ABAI Executive Council and will guide program development.
