Reach over 4,000 behavior analysts from around the world at the 34th annual convention. Convention attendees are professors, researchers, undergraduate and graduate students, teachers, parents, and consultants in the field of behavior analysis.

ABAI offers exhibit space to both commercial and non-profit agencies. The rental fee for the exhibit space includes:
- 8-ft high background drape
- 3-ft high side drape
- One (1) two-line identification sign highlighting the organization's name
- One (1) draped 6-ft table (black tablecloth)
- Two (2) side chairs
- One (1) wastebasket
- Convention registration for two organization representatives
- Organization name and exhibit description printed in the 2008 ABAI Program (for contracts received by January 29th, 2008) and posted on the ABA InternationalTM Web site.
- *NOTE: Exhibit space does NOT include carpet. Exhibitors must purchase/rent or bring their own carpeting.
Exhibitor Schedule:
In order to qualify for exhibitor space at the convention, exhibitors must have their booths open and staffed during all exhibitor hours. Please review the Terms and Conditions for details.
Thursday, May 22: 1-4 pm - Move In
Friday, May 23: 10 am-2 pm/ 3-7 pm - Open
Saturday, May 24: 10 am-2 pm/ 3:30-7:30 pm - Open
Sunday, May 25: 10 am-2 pm/ 3-7 pm - Open
Monday, May 26: 10 am-2 pm/ 3:30-7:30 pm - Open
Tuesday, May 27 : 10 am-12 pm - Open; 12-4 pm - Move Out
Pricing
All exhibit booth rentals require a $150 refundable security deposit, to be returned within 30 days of completion of the convention, should all set up and dismantling conditions be met.
- Single Exhibit Space $840 + $150 refundable security deposit
- Double Exhibit Space $1,340 + $150 refundable security deposit
- Exhibit Space for businesses with fewer than 10 employees $580 + $150 refundable security deposit

Organizational Membership
Another great way to reach ABAI members throughout the year is by becoming an organizational member.
