To that end, TxABA strives to disseminate knowledge from the science of behavior analysis to the public and to professional behavior analysts working in Texas and its neighboring states (Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico). TxABA (pronounced "Texahba") was founded in 1986.

TxABA membership consists of Full, Affiliate, and Student.
Recurring Annual Events
The annual TxABA conference is a two-day event that occurs the first weekend in March each year and alternates locations between Dallas and Houston.
Specifically of Interest to Behavior Analysts
TxABA provides opportunities for behavior analysts from Texas and the surrounding states to gather with professionals within behavior analysis as well as other professions. The annual conferences afford attendees the opportunity to earn CE's at a more localized venue, as well as the chance to remain up-to-date on the latest research, the latest news related to behavior analysis, and to hear the most renowned speakers from our discipline.
