To implement the directions of the Executive Council, maintain financial integrity, and manage all administrative processes of the organization.
Measures
- Financial measures: balanced budget, net worth (assets-liabilities), investment performance, and amounts of funds in reserve.
- Administrative measures: payroll as a percent of total expenses and assessment of infrastructure (process, technical, staff).
- Objectives met.
