Please mark your calendar with these important deadlines:
September 22: Call for Posters Launch
December 21: Call for Posters Deadline (Due to the recent addition of several distinguished invited speakers, we have extended the deadline of the call for posters to Wednesday, December 21.)
All submissions must be complete and have been received in the ABAI office by midnight, Eastern Standard Time, of the deadline day. Submissions made via the web will receive immediate submission verification by email. Those who choose to send proposals via e-mail will receive a confirmation e-mail within 72 hours. Mailed submissions will receive a confirmation e-mail within 72 hours of receipt of the submission in the ABAI office. If a mailed confirmation is preferred, a self-addressed, stamped postcard must be included. Allow 2 weeks for delivery within the United States and 3 weeks if the return address is outside of the United States.
June 18: Conference Early Registration Deadline
July 16: Conference Pre-registration Deadline
