ABAI 5th International Conference Registration

Please be advised that full payment in U.S. dollars must be received in the ABAI office before services will be granted. Payment may be made by money order, check, or credit card. Please mail or fax your registration form and payment to: Association for Behavior Analysis International, 550 West Centre Ave., Suite 1, Portage, MI 49024-5364. Fax: 269-492-9316.
Along with an opening reception featuring local entertainment, the registration fee includes lunch and coffee breaks on Saturday and Sunday.
We are offering discounted early registration fees for all registrations received by Wednesday, June 15, 2009. After this date, conference registration fees will increase $25 for registrants. At the close of pre-registration on Wednesday, July 22, 2009, registration fees will again increase by $25. No registration forms received after this date will be processed. On-site registration will open on Friday, August 7th.
To register for the conference at the member rates, including student rates, you must be a member for the 2009 calendar year. To become a 2009 member, please fill out the separate ABAI 2009 Membership form. If you do not wish to become a 2009 member, you must register as a non-member.
All presenters and authors must register for the conference. Conference badges will be required for entrance to all events. There will be a $20 charge for name badge reprints.
Cancellation Policy:
Requests for registration refunds, minus a $35 processing fee, received by midnight (EST) July 22, 2009 will be met. Refund requests received after the deadline, except for those made as a result of a death in the immediate family, will not be granted. Cancellation due to death must be submitted to the ABAI office in writing; ABAI reserves the right to request legal verification of the death. Requests for registration transfers (attendee replacements) received by midnight (EST) July 22, 2009 will be processed in the ABAI office prior to the conference. Transfer requests made after this date will be processed on-site at the registration counter. There will be a $35 processing fee for transfers.
Overpayments and discounts not taken will be considered donations to SABA unless a request for a refund is received by the ABAI office in writing within 45 days. Requests for membership cancellations will not be granted.
Special Accommodations Policy:
The Association for Behavior Analysis International makes accommodations for conference attendees with disabilities. We ask that any individual requiring special arrangements at the conference submit their need in writing and follow up with the ABAI office accordingly. Arrangements are not guaranteed for requests made after midnight (EST) April 30, 2009.
