Overview of Major Submissions/Presenter Deadlines

Please mark your calendar with these important deadlines.

October 12: Call for Papers Deadline

All submissions must be complete and have been received in the ABAI office by midnight Eastern Daylight Time.

November 15: Notification date moved to November 18: Acceptance/Rejection Letters Received by Presenters

Acceptance letters will be posted to your ABAI portal; rejection letters will be e-mailed.

December 14: Early Registration Deadline for Presenting Authors, Chairs, and Discussants

Early registrants will be able to see their full presentation schedules prior to the release of the complete program on the web.

January 4: Deadline for Changes/Corrections to Submissions

Minor editorial changes to names, affiliations, abstracts will be implemented before the launch of Program on the Web.

January 13: Program on the Web

The full final program will be posted on the web on January 13.

February 1: Second Poster Submission Deadline

All poster submissions must be complete and have been received in the ABAI office by midnight, Eastern Standard Time.

February 20: Second Poster Submission Deadline Acceptance/Rejection Letters Received by Presenters

Acceptance letters will be posted to your ABAI portal; rejection letters will be e-mailed.

February 22: Deadline to Order a Mailed Copy of the Print Program

If you would like to have your printed copy of the 2012 Program Book mailed in advance, payment to cover the cost of shipping ($7) must be received by February 22, 2012.

February 29: Second Poster Deadline for Changes/Corrections to Submissions
