Transportation
Shuttle Service
Transportation to/from Jacksonville International Airport VIA Express Shuttle, to/from the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront.
The Express Shuttle is offering a special group rate of $22. To book a ride at this rate, you may download their Reservation Form and fax it to 904-249-3728. You may also book via phone at 904-249-3729, but be sure to state that you are with the Association for Behavior Analysis.
Should you wish to make shuttle reservations for a return trip to the airport from the hotel, please see the Express Shuttle representative at the Concierge Desk in the hotel lobby (Mon - Fri, 9 am - 5 pm). On weekends, the hotel concierge will be happy to assist you. Be advised you must make reservations for the shuttle 24 hours prior to the time that you wish to leave the hotel.
Shuttle service leaves from the side door near the Hotel Gift Shop.
Taxis are always available and are metered.

Garage entrance is located off of Newnan Streeet. This parking deck provides direct access into the hotel and offers overnight self ($15.00) and valet ($20.00) parking, managed and operated by ProPark. Guests may use the hotel key card to enter and exit the garage after validating with the Front Desk.
