Mission/Objectives
The mission of MABA is to promote behavior analysis within the State of Maryland and its surrounding region through the advancement of basic and applied research, service, and training.
Description of Membership
MABA members include clinicians, researchers, academics, administrators, and parents from the Mid-Atlantic Region. Currently, there are three levels of membership:
- Full member. Individuals with graduate degrees (e.g., Master’s degree or doctorate) in areas related to behavior analysis. Full members are voting members.
- Affiliate member. Individuals with bachelor's degrees related to behavior analysis and non-degreed persons. Affiliate members are nonvoting members.
- Student member. Individuals currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in areas related to behavior analysis. Student members may only vote for MABA Student Representative.
Annual or Recurring Events
MABA has an annual meeting in the end of November or beginning of December.
Specifically of Interest to Behavior Analysts
MABA promotes behavior analysis in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Our annual conference gives members an opportunity to hear from distinguished members of the ABA community.
