Mission Statement
The Alabama Association for Behavior Analysis was founded in 1992 to promote the ethical, humane and effective application of behavior principles in all segments of Alabama society, including education, rehabilitation, developmental disabilities, business, industry, and government.
Description of Membership
Our current membership includes behavior analysts, psychologists, behavior program supervisors, administrators, program directors, teachers, speech pathologists, direct care staff, parents, and students. Our members help to promote the mission and goals of ALABA every day.
Annual or Recurring Events
ALABA holds an annual conference to help disseminate current research being conducted in Alabama and throughout the country, as well as address relevant issues related to the state of Alabama and its behavior analytic services.

ALABA serves as an organization to help local behavior analysts disseminate their research and stay updated on local and national events in the behavior analytic community, and provide members with a forum to communicate with other individuals who share similar interests.
