CE for Licensed Psychologists
ABA International is approved by the American Psychological Association to offer continuing education for psychologists. ABA International maintains responsibility for its CE program and its content. Workshops offered immediately prior to the ABAI annual convention and Keynote presentations at autism and other topical conferences are available for CE for licensed psychologists. Information about specific upcoming ABAI events where CE will be offered to licensed psychologists can be found in the EVENTS section of the ABAI Web site.
How to Earn CE for Psychologists
Select pre-convention workshops will be available for CE to psychologists prior to the ABAI annual convention. To receive CE, attendees must:
- Attend the entire workshop. Partial credit cannot be granted.
- Sign in and out of the event.
- Complete and return the evaluation form provided by the room volunteer.
- Have paid the credit fee of $10/credit hour. ($30 for 3-hour workshops and $60 for 6-hour workshops, in addition to the workshop registration fee). Individuals requiring both PSY and BACB credit for one workshop are only required to pay the fee only once.
Certificates will be posted on the attendees’ ABAI Portal Account within 15 business days of ABAI’s receipt of payment, given that all other criteria have been met. You can view, download, and print your CE certificates through your ABAI Portal Account via this link: Your Portal Account.
Co-sponsoring CE for Psychologists
Organizations interesting in offering continuing education for licensed psychologists but that are not approved providers for the American Psychological Association are encouraged to partner with ABAI International to co-sponsor CE for psychologists.
