Instructional Design

By Dr. Guy Bruce

The Instructional Design SIG provides a forum to share applications of behavior analysis to the design of efficient learning programs. Our activities are limited to presenting our work at the annual ABAI conference. At the 2007 convention, we hosted a special symposium titled “Instructional Design, What’s New?” This session provided an overview of instructional design theory, research, and applications presented by a large number of individuals, in a format “borrowed” from the Celebration Chart Share sessions. The session attracted a large audience, and due to popular demand, we presented it again at the 2008 convention. People interested in joining the Instructional Design SIG are encouraged to contact Guy Bruce at (309) 734-5341 or guybruce@maplecity.com.
