Middle East ABA

Middle East ABA (MEABA) is an affiliated chapter of ABA for the Middle East region. It is a scientific non-profit organization that was established on May 20, 2004. Its prime objective is to focus on the promotion of the analytical science of behavior and its associated technology within the Middle East countries.
Vision
To be recognized as a regional organization to lead the use of behavior science for a better life.
Mission
To promote the ethical, humane, and effective application of behavior principles in settings ranging from the community group home to the corporate boardroom.
Objectives
- Provide information and resources related to behavior analysis.
- Advocate for behavior analysis services and professionals.
- Promote professional training and development of applied behavior analysis.
- Offer the best in continuing education.
- Develop community awareness of the concept and the use of ABA.
- Provide ethical and quality services to all categories benefiting from ABA.
- Promote professional standards and practices within the field of training and services offered to autistic children and those with developmental disabilities.
- Promote professional standards and efficient practices in the field of education.
- Promote research in the field of ABA in the Middle East region.
- Facilitate the establishment of subchapters in the Middle East countries.
Membership
MEABA welcomes any member who is interested in joining. Membership is open to individuals who work under the following categories:
- Learning and educational centers
- Medical and related services
- Industry and commercial companies
- Government agencies
- Legislative agencies
- Families
